Terms of Use and Policies:

Toysnmission.com (also referred to as “this website”) is a unique online store and proxy buying service that operates differently from others that you may be accustomed to. Therefore, we have to state clearly our fundamental operating policies for customers not to get confused or have false assumptions on how we conduct business. Please read these important terms carefully as they relate to your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may be applicable to you.

By visiting this website, placing an order, submitting requests, or in any other way using any content of this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.


1. PRIVACY

We protect your private information with the utmost confidentiality, and never disclose any information you provide to us to any third parties. Customers' information is only released in cases when we believe to be appropriate to comply with law enforcement inquiries; resolving PayPal disputes; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Toysnmission.com, our users, or others.


2. DELIVERY

Once your order has been filled, it will be shipped to the address you provided via EMS. We take great care in packing customers' orders for international shipping. However, it is beyond our control once the packages are dispatched to Japan Post for delivery to customers. The risk of loss and damage to the product(s) is passed to the customer on the date the product(s) is/are dispatched.

We always aim to promptly deliver orders. However, delays are inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time.

You are responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside Japan. It is also your responsibility to pay any charges levied by authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive the product(s). Please check with your country's customs office to determine import duties, taxes, charges, and regulations.

If an order is undeliverable for whatever reason and returned back to us, you will be notified and re-delivery will be at your expense. Should you choose not to have the product(s) re-delivered, we will only refund the amount you paid for the product(s) not including the payment for shipping the product(s) to you. We reserve the right to sell the returned product(s) to other customers if you do not want re-delivery of the returned product(s).


3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

There is a 14 day warranty for all toys unless otherwise noted. Warranty starts on the day the toy/figures are received.

We accept returns of defective or damaged items. Shippig costs must be paid for by the customer.
We must be e-mailed and confirmed before you send the items back. Plese email at: info@toysnmission.com.

  • If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping.
  • If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for shipping costs assuming the product is still factory sealed.
  • Items that are shipped, unless otherwise stated, are not always mint/collector's condition. Due to shipping, products may arrive to you with slight creases or dents on the product box, but in no way would the contents be damaged through shipping. We are not claiming to have "mint" conditioned items for sale because your definition of mint may vary from ours.
  • When shipping back defective items for replacement/refund, please send back all instructions and original packaging as well as the defective item(s). We reserve the right to refuse the return or we will ship the replacement item minus items not returned.
  • Refunds may be given in form of credits back to the card.

4. CHANGES

We reserve the right to update, revise or change our terms and conditions, the price of the product(s), and any other information listed on this website at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and confirm the price of the product(s) on each occasion when you use this website. Your continued use of this website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.


Website Errors
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Toys n' Mission reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Toys n' Mission will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Toys n' Mission's Return Policy.


5. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in our performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control. Quantities are subject to availability. In the event of shortage, we may allocate sales and deliveries at our sole discretion.


Special Note on the Products We Sell

We are an online store that sells both Japanese and imported toys and video games. Customers who are collectors generally expect our items to be in Japanese, instructions to be in Japanese. Japanese toys generally are released only in Japan or released first in Japan then in the U.S.


Disclaimer:
Because many of the toys we carry are Japanese products, please be aware that instructions that are included likely to be in Japanese. This is not a problem for many items, since toys and model kits have instructions that are easy to follow even in Japanese. BUT many of the Japanese electronic toys, such as console systems, hand-held gaming devices, video game software, and electronic virtual pets (i.e. Digivices) tend to have instructions in Japanese, and are difficult to operate without previous knowledge of how the item operates. We HIGHLY recommend that if you plan on purchasing an Japanese product, you understand that instructions will be in Japanese and that the words the item displays (if it does) will have majority of Japanese text.
